
By talking to one's one self, it really means looking deep inside one's own personality, and accepting those attributes that are non problem creators, and confronting those attitudes that contradict or makes one act in a peculiar manner, or results in habitual mannerisms. For example, one may have self conscious habit of smoothening one's hair all the time; others can be nail biting, tapping toes or swinging the toros restlessly.
These unconcious movements reveal a lot about anyone. it can indicate anxiety, self consciousness, irritability, controlled temper, controlled sense of anxiety, and so on and so forth. With self talk, done methodlically most of these unconscious jerky movements can be done away with, and your self concsciousness can fade away.
As said before it is a difficult task. Yet in that task, you can engage a friend or even a physician to help you. If you are still hesitant, there are a number self help book, or going online on the internet and talking/chatting to another to help yourself.
